Job summary

McDonald Mazda North in Colorado is seeking a sales manager to lead the automotive sales team, develop customer relationships, and support the closing of deals. The role emphasizes driving performance, coaching staff, and maintaining strong customer networks within the Longmont area.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of automotive sales experience, prior supervisory responsibilities, a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Dealer Management

• 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.

• Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for team growth.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:
