Job summary

Capitol Ford, part of the Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG), seeks experienced Service Advisors to greet guests, assess needs, and guide the repair process from check-in to delivery. You’ll prepare repair orders, communicate estimates, and keep guests informed about progress and timescales. A valid driver’s license and one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellent guest experience in phone, email, in-store and after purchase.
• 1 year of previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine needs, and coordinate repairs using X-Time and CDK.
• Meet guests’ needs throughout service process.
• Write Repair Orders, coordinate check-in/delivery, build and communicate repair estimates, track progress and update guests.
• Obtain authorization before additional repairs and explain cost/time requirements.
• Advise guests on car care per manufacturers’ specifications using maintenance menus.
