Job summary

Pete’s RV Center in Indiana is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can drive revenue through service recommendations, manage the repair process from start to finish, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a sales-driven, performance-based role with aggressive pay and unlimited earning potential based on your results; experience in automotive or RV service helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven ability or desire to sell in a service environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Confident working in a commission/performance-based role.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Control daily workflow and write accurate Repair Orders (ROs).
• Present and sell recommended services and repairs.
• Provide clear explanations of work, pricing, and timelines.
• Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history.
• Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers.
• Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively.
• Ensure all work is documented and completed.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain CSI scores.
