Pete’s RV Center in Indiana is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can drive revenue through service recommendations, manage the repair process from start to finish, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a sales-driven, full-time role with aggressive performance-based pay, unlimited earning potential, and a strong focus on upselling, customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven ability or desire to sell in a service environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Confidence working in a commission/performance-based role.
• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through service recommendations.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the repair process.
• Own the repair process from start to finish.
• Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs).
• Present and sell recommended services and repairs.
• Provide clear explanations of work, pricing, and timelines.
• Upsell additional services based on inspections and history.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate with customers.
