Holman Enterprises, a family-owned global automotive services organization, invites you to join Leith Chrysler Jeep as an Assistant Service Advisor to help deliver the Holman Experience.

You will greet clients, gather information, assist technicians, explain service costs, and process charges while upholding our values and commitment to exceptional customer service. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Current valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.
• Ability to work Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a high level yet comprehensive knowledge of repairs and maintenance required.
• The Service Advisor Assistant will visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to clients.
• Greet and interact with clients to determine immediate service needs.
• Use a consultative approach to educate clients on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and clients.
• Post charges on the client’s bill and act as a cashier.
• Create ravings fans by providing excellent service to clients and by demonstrating our mission and values.
