Kenworth Sales Company in Pasco, WA is seeking a Service Advisor to manage repair orders and support the Service Manager in department records. You will coordinate customer contact, estimates, and service status while promoting labor and parts sales.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information.
• Working knowledge of all heavy truck repair methods.
• Ability to identify and meet Customer needs and requirements.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills; good organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates all customer contact with the Service Department, including repair estimates, service appointments, customer authorization on service orders, and updates on repair status or costs.
• Generates and maintains all work orders and repair orders; assists customers in identifying needed services and communicates instructions to technicians.
• Coordinates with the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of work and communicates changes to customers; obtains authorization for changes.
• Calculates labor charges on repair orders and reconciles final invoices; tracks timecards and resolves discrepancies before payroll.
• Maintains up-to-date information on hourly service rates and service specials offered by competitors; keeps service literature current.
• Ensures respectful, timely service to customers and supports sales of labor, parts, and accessories through follow-up on recommended repairs.
