You will prepare work orders, provide accurate estimates, verify warranty coverage, and ensure clear communication throughout the service process while coordinating with technicians to deliver timely results in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in office/customer-facing roles.
• Experience with heavy phones and administrative duties.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions to customers.
• Prepare detailed service estimates including costs.
• Create work orders and document issues in the service database.
• Explain estimates and return times to customers and obtain approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive records of problems and planned actions.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
