L.A. Fleet Care is hiring an enthusiastic Service Advisor/Service Writer with a great attitude, outstanding customer service skills, leadership qualities and the ability to build partnerships, relationships, and sales.

Responsibilities

• This position must have the ability to multitask and have great organizational skills for a fleet management company.
• We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable with a great Can-Do Attitude to come to join an adventure with a winning team.
• Create work orders.
• Create estimates.
• Keep an efficient schedule of repairs.
• Have basic to advanced levels of mechanical/technical knowledge of diesel trucks and components.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus, but not mandatory).
• Maintain good communication and relationships with technicians.
• Effective and timely communication with customers.
• Experience closing/invoicing work orders.
• Exposure to online payment portals such as Wheels, Holman, Auto Integrate a plus, but not mandatory.
