Job summary

Sonsray Connect & Grow is seeking a Service Advisor in Fontana, CA. You will be the main contact between customers and the service department, handling repair requests for fleet and refrigeration equipment, preparing work orders, and providing accurate estimates while ensuring clear communication.

You will coordinate with technicians and leadership to maintain records, deliver excellent customer service, and support dealership objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling phone calls, office duties, and customer relations.
• Refrigerated Transportation or Heavy Diesel dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient at calculating costs for materials, supplies and labor.
• Experience documenting symptoms, problems and causes and outlining repairs and entering data.

Responsibilities

• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions to customers.
• Prepare detailed service estimates including materials and labor costs.
• Create work orders documenting issues and repairs in the service database.
• Explain estimates and pickup times to customers and obtain approvals.
• Maintain unit records of problems and planned actions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance job outcomes and reputational impact.
