Job summary

R&R Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact between vehicle owners and service technicians, explaining repairs in clear terms and identifying ongoing maintenance opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Set and prepare appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Greet customers on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs based on information and walk-around/inspection/test drive.
• Use consultative selling to discuss ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure timely work.
• Own the customer experience and support loyalty to the dealership.
• Follow up on inquiries to prevent mishandling.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize efficiency.
