Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene in Eugene, OR is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to initiate services, communicate with customers, and oversee repair orders. You will estimate costs, verify warranty coverage, and work closely with technicians to meet customer needs.

The position is onsite in Eugene, OR, requires at least 1 year of dealership experience, and offers a base plus commission pay structure with CSI bonus. Schedule includes one rotating Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous experience in a dealership as a Service Advisor/Writer.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• We require a team player that wants to join a growing team.
• Confidence navigating dealership technology.
• CDK experience is ideal!
• Customer-focused - Always does the right thing.
• Available for a rotation schedule set up that will include some Saturdays.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs.
• Ascertain vehicle performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates.
• Write repair orders and maintain customer records.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician; ensure needs understood.
• Prepare RO, obtain signatures, and enter into service database.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer.
