Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will be the primary contact between guests and technicians, helping keep the busy shop running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include driving the sale of technicians' time, prioritizing services, and communicating completion times and costs while ensuring a positive dealership experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous service writing experience is strongly recommended.
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
