You’ll bridge customers and technicians from check-in to delivery, focusing on communication, customer service, and selling maintenance and repair recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service writing experience.
• Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department’s sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.
