Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Two years of related dealership experience required; knowledge of truck mechanics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Determine a customer's vehicle issue and document/prepare repair orders.
• Schedule service and communicate findings to customers.
• Prepare estimates and obtain authorization for repairs.
• Close repair orders and collect payment or arrange financing as needed.
• Interface with service manager and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
