Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is a Midwest truck and trailer service leader. The Service Advisor serves as a liaison between customers and technicians, scheduling repairs, assigning work, and preparing repair orders.

You will bill repairs, enter orders, and manage shop supplies while monitoring progress and timelines. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related truck experience, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of related truck experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
• Windows and Word computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs and assign work to technicians.
• Prepare and bill repair orders; enter work orders into the system.
• Order shop supplies according to procedures; monitor job schedule and progress.
• Assist with warranty inquiries and with service manager as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department and communicate with customers.
