Job summary

The role reports to the Service Manager, is a 40-hour week with overtime eligibility, and includes a monthly bonus incentive based on individual gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related dealership experience.
• General knowledge of truck mechanical operations.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Dressing professionally and communicating well with customers, vendors and contacts.

Responsibilities

• Determine a customer's vehicle issue.
