Hyundai of Las Vegas is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will answer calls, greet customers, assess needs, and communicate costs and timelines, guiding them through the service process.

This role requires accurate repair orders, use of the ADP system, and providing upfront pricing. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with commission-based earning potential.

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls per ITC standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with customer what needs to be done, cost and service completion time.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
• Attain agreement from customer for service needs.
• Write accurate repair orders using ADP system.
• Provide estimates with upfront pricing guarantee.
• Obtain approval to review multi-point inspection findings and prices.
• Obtain approval to proceed with Additional Service Requests.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians according to policy.
• Communicate with technicians for service details.
• Follow-up with customer during repair/servicing.
• Receive and process cash or credit payments for services.
