Responsibilities

• Write repair instructions for technicians and provide labor/parts estimates.
• Communicate with dispatch on job status throughout the day.
• Notify customers via phone or text when repairs are completed.
• Coordinate with warranty companies for approvals and payments.
• Ensure knowledge of products and warranties.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining quality service.
