Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in automotive or retail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the technician and the customer.
• Resolve customer concerns and keep the customer informed of vehicle status.
• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
• Present a maintenance program that fits the customer’s needs.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
