Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and explain repair options clearly.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to manage service bay flow.
• Identify vehicle issues via customer descriptions, inspections, and test drives and clarify for technicians.
• Prepare detailed repair orders with time/cost estimates and document customer concerns.
• Provide progress updates, explain charges, and address inquiries or concerns.
