Job summary

Wilde Subaru in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, capture vehicle concerns, and coordinate service with our skilled team. You will conduct walk-arounds, review service needs, explain repairs and pricing, and create repair orders with accuracy.

This role requires a 1+ year automotive dealership background, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Typing and basic math skills to calculate service costs.
• 1+ year of automotive dealership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers, answer calls, and identify vehicle concerns using established processes.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, review service needs, and recommend multi-point inspections.
• Explain repairs, pricing, and estimated completion times before work begins.
• Create accurate repair orders in ADP and obtain customer authorization for additional services.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians and communicate with the shop throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status, findings, and changes to the original estimate.
• Process service payments and review completed repairs with customers at delivery.
• Welcome new vehicle owners through the Sales-to-Service process and explain available service support.
