• Strong knowledge of dealer business systems; ADP Dealer System experience preferred.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting service appointments and update them on status.
• Open and close work orders promptly.
• Research recalls and service information on manufacturer sites.
• Recommend and sell maintenance and repairs in a professional manner.
