Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with Windows and business systems.
• CDL preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Process shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop staff.
• Document and diagnose repairs with photographs.
• Coordinate with customers and insurers for required authorizations.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely repairs and accurate pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collections in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
