Job summary

M&K Truck Centers is expanding and seeking a Service Assistant to join our growing team in Kahoka, MO. You will support the Service Department by assisting technicians, performing basic repairs and maintenance, and keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organized.

The role is suited for a mechanically inclined, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and familiarity with CDK/ASIST or similar dealership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic repairs.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with PC software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with service-related repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic truck repairs and preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Fuel vehicles with gasoline or diesel to required levels.
• Power wash, detail, and clean trucks and equipment.
• Provide utility support to Service, Parts, Sales, and Facilities departments.
• Use hand and power tools to support daily service tasks.
• Document work using CDK, ASIST, and other PC software.
