Job summary

Advantage-Toyota-of-River-Oaks is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to deliver prompt, courteous service and oversee drive lane flow. You will educate customers on vehicle products and services to drive additional sales and handle technical questions about repairs, warranties, and problems.

You will maintain CSI scores, manage warranty claims, and ensure compliance with policies while building strong relationships with customers and factories.

Qualifications

• Top performer willing to go above and beyond for customers.
• Outstanding in sales and follow through.
• At least 1 year experience in automobile service write ups.
• Self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed.
• Must possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone, text, email, or in person.
• Educate customers on products and services to generate additional sales.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
• Oversee warranty claims.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating progress and addressing concerns.
