Job summary

Toyota of Wichita Falls is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to greet customers, capture vehicle data and coordinate repairs with the service team.

You will conduct walk-around inspections, document concerns, prepare repair orders, schedule follow-ups and relay status updates while maintaining CSI standards.

Strong communication, math skills, and experience with dealership systems are essential; a TX driver's license and the ability to operate an automatic/transmission are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard transmission vehicle and dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Obtain current customer and vehicle data in the dealership system.
• Interview customers to determine the nature of concerns and needs.
• Perform vehicle walk-around with customer for additional sales opportunities.
• Thoroughly complete repair orders and communicate with customers by phone.
• Schedule appointments and relay vehicle status updates.
• Inspect repaired vehicles prior to delivery.
• Maintain CSI standards and keep a clean, organized work area.
