Findlay-Honda-Flagstaff is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key contact between customers and the service department, delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and communicating vehicle service requirements clearly.

You'll coordinate with technicians, explain repairs and options, schedule appointments, and build strong customer relationships, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping and service progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive terminology and repair processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping.
• Valid in-state driver's license; MVR Report Check
• Pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns.
• Assess customer needs and provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair options, and pricing.
• Communicate vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate service progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Promote additional services and products to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently
