Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and the service department, understanding needs and communicating service requirements clearly.

You will coordinate with technicians to deliver timely maintenance and repairs, build relationships, and ensure accurate records, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive terminology and repair processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping.
• Valid in-state driver's license; MVR Report Check
• Pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns.
• Assess customer needs and provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair options, and pricing.
• Communicate vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate service progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Promote additional services and products to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
