Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Flagstaff is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key contact between customers and the service department, translating vehicle concerns into actionable service requests and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate has customer service or automotive service advisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with scheduling software and a valid Arizona

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive terminology and repair processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping.
• Valid in-state driver's license; MVR Report Check
• Pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns.
• Assess customer needs and provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair options, and pricing.
• Communicate vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate service progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Promote additional services and products to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
