• Monitor progress of vehicles and keep customers updated throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
• Prepare accurate Repair Orders showing time, cost and labor estimates, verifying warranty and service contracts and reviewing with clients
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by promoting labor, parts and accessories with clear explanations and approvals
