Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred or able to obtain.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop staff.
• Document and diagnose repairs; take photographs as needed.
• Communicate with customers and insurers for authorization and documentation.
• Monitor schedules and pricing to ensure timely repairs.
• Handle invoicing and collection procedures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to ensure positive customer experiences.
