Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows and familiarity with computer-generated business systems.
• Valid driver's license; CDL required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Process all shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop staff.
• Document and diagnose repairs by taking photographs.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies for authorization and documentation.
• Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness and pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collection procedures promptly.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to improve customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
