Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows; demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
• Priority setting skills, customer service skills, technical skills/knowledge.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk, lift up to 20 pounds, use tools and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Process shop repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop associates.
• Document and diagnose repairs by taking photographs.
• Communicate with customers and insurers to obtain necessary authorizations and documentation.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely repairs and accurate pricing.
• Complete invoicing and collections procedures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
