• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Team-oriented and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly, and personalized service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and accurately write repair orders.
• Recommend maintenance services and repairs based on manufacturer recommendations, vehicle condition, and customer needs.
• Present repair estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer authorization.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion times.
• Work closely with technicians and service management to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual and department goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all repair orders are completed properly.
• Deliver a seamless experience from vehicle check-in through vehicle delivery.
