Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer-service experience required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Ability to use computers, CRM systems, and dealership software.
• Willingness to learn Hyundai products, technology, procedures, and service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them for the technician.
• Write accurate repair orders and document concerns.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and note customer issues.
• Explain repairs in language customers understand and provide accurate estimates.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and coordinate with techs/Parts.
• Obtain proper authorization before additional work and schedule future maintenance.
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back.
