Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year of related sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and efficiently and serve as liaison between service and parts departments.
• Write up service needs and provide customers with accurate estimates for work and completion times.
• Communicate prognosis and recommended repairs to customers for consent.
• Keep customers informed about status and next steps; contact to set appointments.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
