Job summary

Holman Enterprises, Audi Raleigh division, is seeking a Service Advisor to act as a liaison between the Service Department and parts, ensuring outstanding customer service and accurate estimates for vehicle work.

You will meet customers, discuss service options, and keep them informed on prognosis and timing of repairs while maintaining a welcoming guest experience. This position requires reliability and a commitment to our standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Must have good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Determine the course of action to take and obtain customer authorization; write up service needs and give customer accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and to sell necessary repair or maintenance.
• Keep customers informed and advise on the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
