Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, answer phone calls, and assist with setting appointments.
• Identify mechanical problems by asking questions or performing inspections/road tests.
• Discuss inspection results with customers and prepare work orders for repairs.
• Prepare repair orders with time, cost and labor estimates.
• Describe the customer's concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
• Explain work performed and charges to the customer.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
