Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, identify service needs, resolve concerns, and sell services when appropriate.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer calls promptly and courteously.
• Review completed work, recommendations, and collect payments from customers.
• Use Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information.
• Deliver excellent service and review customer satisfaction surveys.
