Job summary

Ken Garff Honda of Orem seeks a skilled Automotive Service Technician to perform precise repairs to dealer and factory standards. The role emphasizes diagnosing customers’ concerns, high quality control, and closing jobs right the first visit.

You will run Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspections, update the Service Advisor, and use the DMS for quotes and scheduling. Training is provided, and the shop asks for a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders per standards.
• Address customer concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
• Conduct Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection with video for each vehicle.
• Utilize DMS for work distribution, inspections, quotes and communication.
• Complete required training and maintain workspace cleanliness.
