Job summary

Twin City Dodge is hiring a Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. You’ll be the connection between customers and technicians, ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

You will greet customers, document concerns, write repair orders, and clearly communicate recommendations, costs, and timelines while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong computer skills.
• Team player who takes pride in their work.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the important connection between our customers and our technicians—making sure every customer receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
