You will greet customers, document concerns, write repair orders, discuss estimates, and coordinate with the service team. Prior automotive advisor experience and strong communication are preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Twin City Dodge is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department!

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the important connection between our customers and our technicians - making sure every customer receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs
• Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate closely with technicians and the Service Department

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus

• Valid and clean driver's license
