You will provide accurate estimates, communicate pricing and timelines, and follow established ICC and CD processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, quick typing, and math skills as you assist customers through service from intake to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Experience in customer service or dealership environment a plus.
• Ability to enter repair orders accurately and efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet customers promptly and identify their needs.
• Write accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide estimates and communicate pricing and turnaround to customers.
• Follow the ICC and CD processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
