Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect necessary vehicle information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate labor and parts cost estimate.
• Monitor progress and update customers regularly throughout the day.
• Verify final invoicing matches the work performed and explain charges.
