Job summary

Bobcat is seeking a Service Advisor to work one-on-one with clients. You will advise on parts and service options, gain product knowledge through training, and provide friendly, honest guidance. We offer in-house training and competitive compensation.

Greet customers, coordinate with technicians, schedule service work, manage administration and warranty, and communicate findings. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive or construction preferred
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written communication

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat business
• Consult with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives
• Schedule all service work and supervise administration and warranty
• Communicate with Parts team for technicians' needs and ensure proper service order entries
• Explain technicians' findings clearly to customers
• Manage workload in a fast-paced environment with multitasking
