Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or construction industries preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must manage heavy phone volume with accurate data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and hard-working with a customer-friendly approach.
• Be comfortable working in a team setting.
• Able to learn company software within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Consult with technicians about repairs and alternatives.
• Schedule service work and supervise administration and warranty.
• Coordinate with Parts team for parts needs and ensure proper entry on service orders.
• Communicate findings to customers clearly.
• Maintain workload in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
