Job summary

Bobcat - GDN in Raleigh, NC seeks a Service Advisor to guide customers on parts and service options, leveraging training to deliver honest guidance and friendly service.

You will coordinate with technicians, schedule work, manage warranty and admin tasks, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced shop setting; in-house training and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or construction industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high phone volume with accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to learn company software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a positive relationship to ensure repeat business.
• Consult with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives.
• Schedule all service work and supervise administration and warranty.
• Communicate with Parts team for parts needs and verify entries on service orders.
• Inform customers about technicians’ findings.
• Maintain workload in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
