Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with computers; experience with automotive service software a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately record their vehicle information and service needs.
• Consult with customers to determine service/repair needs and provide recommendations based on technician diagnosis.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status and any additional services needed.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Keep customers informed of any delays, changes, or additional services needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service completion.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet and exceed service advisor sales and customer satisfaction goals.
