Qualifications

• Experience as automotive Service Manager/Advisor or Service Writer preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests.
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services clearly.
• Educate customers on vehicle needs, safety concerns, and preventative maintenance.
