Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor to promote services and manage customer flow in a busy shop environment in Minnesota. You will greet customers, document concerns, review service history, and provide accurate quotes while updating customers on progress.

The role requires prior service advisor experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and a professional appearance. A valid driver's license and ability to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Communicate service recommendations clearly and document them.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time.
• Review completed repairs and warranties with customers during checkout.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
